Problem
Administrators managing license assignments across teams and studios were wrestling with inefficiency and confusion. Critical tasks like tracking license expiry, mapping usage per workstation, and distinguishing assigned vs. available seats were painfully manual and error-prone.
Challenge: Improve clarity and efficiency in license management—especially for larger teams—without overhauling complex backend systems.
Results
The redesigned dashboard delivered tremendous usability wins:
60% reduction in time required to locate expiring licenses.
100% success rate when filtering by workstation—eliminating confusion.
0% confusion over assignment status—clear distinction between in-use and free seats.
These outcomes demonstrate that small, strategic interface improvements can drive major UX impact, especially for power users managing complex data.
